About Me
When I was 14, I was in a car crash and broke my back. I didn’t realize how serious it was at the time, but I struggled to stand or walk for more than 15 minutes. I had to give up football, missed out on social events, and even failed PE because I couldn’t do the practical work.
At 15, I joined a gym. I was skinny, in pain, and had no clue what I was doing. Every time I made progress, I’d get injured and end up back at square one.
In my early twenties, I tore a disc in my back. Again, I didn’t realize how bad it was until much later. I spent over £10,000 seeing physios, trainers, osteopaths, chiropractors, and pain specialists—none of whom helped. It wasn’t until I found a veteran strength coach who truly understood the spine that things started to change. With the right guidance, I finally began to rebuild strength and confidence in my body. Today, I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been—and I can help you do the same.
