How We Start

Every new client will go through a comprehensive movement screening in their first session. This is so I can get a deep understanding of any obstacles we're faced with such as injuries, imbalances or negative tendencies.

It's also an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. I want to make sure that coming to see me isn't a chore and that we have fun together whilst making sure you get amazing results.

Building Out Your Program

After the initial session, I will then build a 12-week program for you from scratch. It will take in to consideration everything we learned in the first session, but also any preferences or dislikes you may have. It's critical you actually like the program otherwise you won't stick to it.

Most people don't stick to a well-structured program when they train and that's often why they don't see real results.

Your Personal Training Sessions

We will arrange times to meet on a regular basis in a boutique private studio which is opposite Clapham Junction Station. You will have your own space to train and focus on yourself without having to worry about the chaos of a big commercial gym.

Most of my clients train with me twice per week and then some choose to do an extra session on their own as well. However, there is no obligation for you to follow the same schedule.

How You're Supported

Once you leave the studio, life goes on, things come up and you may have questions. One thing that separates me from other practitioners is you'll have direct access to me on WhatsApp and I am more than happy to help you 7 days per week. In fact, I strongly encourage it.

About Me

When I was 14, I was in a car crash and broke my back. I didn’t realize how serious it was at the time, but I struggled to stand or walk for more than 15 minutes. I had to give up football, missed out on social events, and even failed PE because I couldn’t do the practical work.

At 15, I joined a gym. I was skinny, in pain, and had no clue what I was doing. Every time I made progress, I’d get injured and end up back at square one.

In my early twenties, I tore a disc in my back. Again, I didn’t realize how bad it was until much later. I spent over £10,000 seeing physios, trainers, osteopaths, chiropractors, and pain specialists—none of whom helped. It wasn’t until I found a veteran strength coach who truly understood the spine that things started to change. With the right guidance, I finally began to rebuild strength and confidence in my body. Today, I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been—and I can help you do the same.

FAQs

Can You Guarantee Results?

While I can guarantee you will have all of the resources and support you need to transform your body, mind and lifestyle, I can’t take the action for you – so naturally, the results you see (and feel) will depend on your ability to implement instructions, your ability and willingness to train hard, and your ability to ask for help.

How Often Do I Need to Train?

I recommend 3 workouts per week. You do not need to do all of your workouts with me, but I am yet to see someone get incredible results doing less than this.

How Much Does It Cost?

I offer a premium service in a beautiful private fitness studio in the heart of South West London.

Initial investment packages range and kick off from £1,000 to around £3,500 depending on your challenges, where you are & what you need. Once we get to the bottom of your problem, I can advise the best option from there.

I Have Never Trained Before, Is This Suitable For Me?

Absolutely. In many ways, if you're a beginner you're at an advantage because there are no bad habits to break out of. We can start fresh and build a strong long term foundation.
